Slip away to a cozy outdoor family-friendly oasis nestled in Clinton, Maryland. Where you can spend the day soaking up the sun or racing in a motorized pool tube or enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit. This is a great place to unwind or even take in a movie on the 15ft poolside screen.
Our pool and space is perfect for hosting private swims sessions and private events. We have a great set up for all celebrations such as family gatherings, romantic date nights or anniversary, photo shoots, Movie nights, Game day, birthdays (all ages), brunch, small weddings, baby showers, sip & paint, Bachelor/Bachelorettes, bridal showers and more!
There are two (2) private portable restrooms available (for an additional fee), which are cleaned and sanitized before and after every reservation.

The pool is NOT heated, BUT it gets plenty of sun and usually stays over 80 degrees, during the summer.
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
Roomy Pool Deck Area
This spacious yet cozy concreted area around the pool has seating for up to 30. The covered gazebo has full mosquito netting, solar lighting, and also offers additional shaded seating and a bar table.
Spacious Backyard
This grassy flat terrain has the capacity to accommodate up to 100. Not only does this area have a paved section with ample seating and Chess/Checkers/Backgammon game table, but this family friendly fun space is equipped with a small basketball court with two hoops of varying heights, children’s playground area, tree swing, and child's picnic table. We have Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, waterproof Playing Cards, and child's inflatable 12ft bounce house/water slide (additional fee).
